• The Autumn term runs from Friday, 2 September to Friday, 16 December 2011 inclusive. 
  
  (Half-term runs from Monday, 24 October to Friday, 28 October 2011 inclusive.)
  
  
• The Spring term runs from Tuesday, 3 January to Friday, 30 March 2012 inclusive.
  
  (Half-term runs from Monday, 13 February to Friday, 17 February 2012 inclusive.)
  
  (Easter holidays run from Monday, 2 April 2012 to Friday, 13 April 2012 inclusive.)
  
  
• The Summer term runs from Monday, 16 April to Friday, 20 July 2012 inclusive. 
  
  (School is closed on Bank Holidays - Monday, 7 May and Monday, 4 June and Tuesday, 5 June 2012.)
  
  (Half-term runs from Wednesday, 6 June to Friday, 8 June 2012 inclusive.)
  
  

The total number of term days is 194 - up to five of these days will be used as professional development days for teaching staff and pupils will not attend on these days. These days will vary from school to school and parents or guardians will be informed.
